Like most warm season species, bermudagrass tends to be low in sugar levels, making it a good choice for some insulin resistance related illnesses. It is palatable, soft, and fine textured. Protein levels are typically high. Jamback utilizes a Midland variety, noted for being a high-quality forage and fine stemmed. Nature’s Bagged Shavings
Nature’s bagged shavings are a better choice than the bagged shavings found at the “big box farm stores”. Each bag contains 10 cubic ft of shavings!
These pine shavings have been triple screened and offer superior odor control and absorbancy. The shavings are a small/med flake and are consistent throughout without the wood chips, or other objects, often found in some other brands. The shavings are easy to pick meaning less wasted shavings and when cleaning stalls/cages.
